Description
ILVE's Exclusive rangehood collection was first introduced amongst the cutting edge surrounds of designEx. The Epsilon Island Rangehood is the newest addition to the collection.
With unique advanced air filtering operation that traps pollutants and moisture vapour dispersed when cooking, the Epsilon acts as a de-humidifier, keeping the kitchen dryer and healthier. A purpose built container collects the moisture from the air and is easy to empty.
Requiring no need to be fitted/connected with ducting to extract air outdoors the ILVE Epsilon can literally be installed anywhere without limitation.
Available from selected retailers and on display at ILVE showrooms nationally.
Key Features
and/or Benefits
An advanced kitchen air filtering system offers elegant and discerning design, style and efficiency as well as guaranteeing cleaner filtered air.
Exclusive design traps pollutants (fumes, odours and above all vapour) dispersed into the air when cooking. The function is designed to control the vapour moisture, guaranteeing a healthier kitchen and home environment. Ideal for eliminating misted over windows, condensation on worktops and surfaces, damp curtains and the build-up of damp.
As with all recirculation rangehoods, this appliance can be installed wherever needed without limitations. The Epsilon does not require to be connected to or fitted with ducting to expel the extracted air outdoors yet at the same time ensures healthy, clean, moisture free air.
A purpose built container collects the moisture from the air, which is simply emptied when needed and can potentially be used to water plants.
The Epsilon is fitted with a specific ancillary motor designed to generate an "air curtain" which runs along the perimeter of the hood creating a barrier around the cooking hob. Cooking fumes are prevented from being dispersed into the kitchen and home and therefore a large electric motor is not required to extract the air which results in a substantial noise reduction and energy consumption.
