STIHL's new 36 volt Modular cordless power tool range consitng of a Chain saw, Two Grass trimmers, Leaf blower and Two Hedge trimmers.
All machines utilise the one battery, the option of rapid or standard chargers is available. In the future the range will increase to cover other catagories of outdoor power equipment.

The entire range uses the same battery, as well as in the future battery capacity will increase without the battery growing in size.
Unlike conventional electric motors STIHL cordless tools are fitted with brushless motors as standard elminating the need to replace bcarbon brushes, making the motor maintanence free
Being able to control the speed of cordless products is handy, especially when using the blower.
All the STIHL cordless products are low in noise, this allows the operator to use early or late at night, as well as in noise sensitive areas such as hospitals or areas were people are.
Being a battery operated product there are no emissions.
