The Breville YouBrew™ - the first coffee maker that tailors the brew for a single cup, travel mug or carafe.

Coffee needs enough time in hot water to create a full bodied taste. The Breville YouBrew™ BrewIQ™ System. Preheats itself to ensure the first drop of water to touch the coffee is at the optimum temperature. 5 flavour settings vary the steep time of the coffee and water. The integrated burr grinder, grinds coffee beans to the optimal size before brewing for maximum freshness. 7 strength settings automatically adjust the correct coffee dose to each cup and carafe water volume.

Single serve coffee makers are the fastest growing kitchen appliance category in North America. You brew one cup fresh to your taste. But to entertain a group of friends you still want to make a full carafe. The Breville YouBrew™ is the first coffee machine to do both. This is achieved through the innovative Patent applied drip stop release that is disabled when in single serve mode and engaged to prevent drips when removing the carafe in carafe mode.

Adaptability - How do you tailor flavors and sizes to an individuals preference?

The Breville BrewIQ™ System allows easy and consistent strength and flavor selection for differing volumes of coffee.

The system features 7 strength settings that automatically adjust the correct coffee dose to each cup and carafe water volume, varying the amount of fresh ground coffee to an individuals strength preference.

The YouBrew™ automatically senses the volume of water placed in the water tank and can automatically adjust the grind volume to suit the users strength setting.

Steeping control - How do you give Coffee enough time in hot water to create a full bodied taste?

The Breville YouBrew™ with the use of the BrewIQ™System provides 5 flavor settings to vary the steep time of the coffee and water. This is achieved through the innovative Patent applied drip stop release that is disabled when in single serve mode and engaged to prevent drips when removing the carafe in carafe mode. This allows water to be held in contact with coffee for a longer period of time for small cup volumes enhancing flavor.

Temperature - How do you brew coffee at a consistent temperature to obtain optimal flavor?

Coffee needs to be brewed at a consistent temperature to obtain optimal flavor.

Traditional coffee makers dose lower temperature water at the start of the brew cycle. This extracts undesirable flavors from the coffee grounds. The Breville YouBrew™ with the use of the BrewIQ™ System, Preheats itself to ensure the first drop of water to touch the coffee is at the optimum temperature. This is achieved through an innovative recirculation system that redirects water back to the boiler that is under optimum temperature.

Freshness - How do you get the freshest, optimal coffee flavor

Fresh ground beans produce the most optimal coffee flavor.

The Breville YouBrew™ integrated burr grinder, grinds your choice of beans to the optimal size just prior to brewing for maximum freshness.

Previous built in grinder machines had regular grind chute blockages caused by steam and grinds. The unique basket and grind chute sealing system solves these problems.

The bean hopper closure and removal system allows for easy removal and change of differing bean types and roasts.
