Described as ‘the most revolutionary change to bait station design in 20 years’, BaitSafe® offers a HACCP certified alternative to conventional methods of traditional surface baiting. BaitSafe® is certified throughout the food industry for use in controlling rodents and crawling insects. Thanks to the unique design, BaitSafe® is the first product on the market to offer such a discreet solution and window into “their world”. BaitSafe® was first launched in July 2012 at the FAOPMA Pest Conference in Australia and has since gone on to win the 2012 Australian Food Magazine Award for Food Safety & Innovation in Non-Food.

Unique Design - BaitSafe® is suitable for use in hospitals, schools, food and beverage business’, processing plants , factories , hotels and homes, business’s just to name a few. BaitSafe® can be installed into walls, ceilings, flat roofed areas, eaves and floors, between floors, cupboard bottoms with many more applications allowing the Pest Controller to inspect, monitor and or place bait directly into areas where pests live and breed.
Safe - In contrast to traditional bait stations, BaitSafe® is not exposed to the public therefore eliminating the risk to staff; children or pets coming into contact with any possible bait located behind. Using the key, a Pest Controller can quickly access the bait, check for evidence of pests and replenish the bait supply if needed. Unlike conventional baiting methods, no ladder is required to monitor BaitSafe® units that are installed in ceilings, instead pest controllers can screw a standard extension paint pole into the key to open the unit from floor level removing ‘working at height’ issues.
Nationally and Internationally Certified - HACCP International has certified BaitSafe® for installation in food premises. BaitSafe® is an “out of the box” invention that is simple to use and brings many advantages to controlling rodents and insects in tight spaces. The food industry is always looking for pest control solutions and this will be a very useful product in managing this difficult task. HACCP International is a ‘Conformance Assessment Body’, accredited by JAS-ANZ in the scope of product certification for food-safe equipment, materials and services.
