This purpose-built mobile platform delivers the latest management plans directly to Windows Phone, iPhone, iPad or Blackberry device, ready to use, regardless of your location or network connectivity. 
Bamboo stores the information on your phone in a secure interface that is updated via 'Push' technology, meaning network access is not required to see the plans.

						Users only receive plans in which they have a role to play. This ensures that any content downloaded on their handset is relevant to them and only contains activities they are expected to carry out in the event of an incident.
					 
										
						
						Emergency contacts can be specifically tailored for each organisation and, apart from the usual emergency services, can include contacts for insurance, suppliers, clients and other contacts with whom it might be vital to get in touch in the event of an incident.
					 
										
						
						These are available at three levels - you, your superiors and your direct reports. They provide the ability to easily send messages to an individual or a team/group from any point within the tree and are tailored speficially to your organisation's operating structure.
					 
										
						
						Bamboo™ provides the ability to pre-define messaging templates (SMS and email) which can be used in an incident. These take away the need for users to have to think about what to put in a message if general information is being sent out or general requests are being made.
					 
										
						
						The Touchbase facility provides the ability to send SMS messages to anyone in your organisation, not just Bamboo™ licensed users. The message could be to check that all of your employees are safe and well in the event of a major incident, for example. Touchbase also provides the facility for responses to these messages to be collated and displayed in real time, enabling you to see who has responded and who has not.
