The Dyson City vacuum cleaner is small and ultra-lightweight. But it performs like a big vacuum cleaner. Dyson City weighs just 5.3kg and fits on a sheet of A4 paper, but without compromising on performance. Dyson engineers have recalculated every dimension and angle to make a small cyclone that's as efficient as a large one, so the concentrated cyclone technology does not lose suction as it cleans. It's designed for smaller homes and apartments, or for those customers looking for a lightweight cleaning solution that will still provide the performance of a full sized Dyson.

Dyson City features patented cyclone technology, concentrated. It does not rely on bags or filters to trap dirt and dust, but instead uses centrifugal force to spin the dirt and dust from the airflow and into the bin. There is nothing to clog and restrict airflow, so there is no loss of suction, from the first clean through to the last clean.
Advanced cyclone technology coupled with a HEPA filter means a Dyson captures more particles, including pollen, mould and bacteria to expel cleaner air.
A Dyson designed dual channel floor tool uses two separate airflow channels to direct suction evenly - for high dirt pick-up across all floor types. The Dyson City also comes with a Swivel hard floor tool for use on delicate flooring surfaces, this tool features 180 degree pivot with debris channel for superior hard-floor cleaning.
Dirt and dust disposal is quick, easy and hygienic with a one-touch bin release system. Simply press a button and release what has been collected directly into the bin.
Unlike other vacuum cleaners, which rely on bags or filters, Dyson City has no bags to buy and features lifetime washable filters. This is a cost saving to the consumer, and the environment with less raw material requirements and less waste going to landfill.
