The Ensitech Weld Cleaning System replaces traditional pickling paste in demanding industrial applications. This toxic and hazardous compound requires full body protection with respirators, dedicated wash-down areas, intense staff training and tight operating procedures. The TIG Brush system allows even the biggest industrial cleaning jobs to require nothing more than latex gloves, good ventilation and a gentle rinse of water, making the whole process many times safer.
					The sophisticated shaping of the power and the proprietary non-dangerous fluids are applied using a conductive brush. This break-through innovation – a high temperature and chemically inert brush was invented by Ensitech. The most demanding industrial weld cleaning applications, from the food, nuclear and construction industries, have become lightning fast and intuitive. Complex pipe joints, heat exchangers, sculptures and railway carriages that have kilometres of welds are simply brushed clean.
					The massive reduction in protective equipment, safety training, and infrastructure reduces operator costs. The system is portable and uses standard mains power (220V/240V). Although the solutions and consumables are priced at a premium, the costs still present great savings to welders and fabricators.
