Description
The ET1 is an enterprise-class 7" tablet intended to serve the need of employees and managers in retail, hospitality, healthcare and manufacturing environments.
It brings the functionality of tablet computing into harsh and demanding commercial and enterprise environments.
It is designed to give mobile workers a new and intuitive way of conducting transactions, sharing and collecting information, connecting with other associates and helping manage tasks in a mobile and reliable way.
Key Features
and/or Benefits
The ET1 features an integrated adjustable handstrap which accommodates multiple hand sizes, reduces grip effort/fatigue, and improves grip comfort. This becomes a highly valuable feature considering user fatigue issues performing tasks over the course of 8-10 hours a shift holding a large screen device
Internal Elecro-Myography testing with multiple evaluations and varying end-users showed upto 25% reduction in grip effort, enhancing comfort and grip security compared to tablets without such feature
Also, the hand strap rotates allowing screen sharing without changing grip positions.

The ET1 is designed with portability in mind to ease carrying a large screen device both in use and out of use scenarios (carrying, using, walking). Consumer grade solutions are cumbersome and not easy to handle mobility situations that enterprise users go through.
The belt/shoulder holster design is envisioned from the biginning allowing intuitive and quick insertion/removal experience similar to drawing a gun from its holster.

- Leverage Android user experience with additional enterprise features such as multi-user log-in for shared use
- Programmable "hot" keys on touch panel enabling quick access to critical business functions
- Redundant and programmable index finger triggers are easily accessible for scanning and picture taking

Flexibility:
- Expansion module interface is integrated in the back of ET1 to scale features such as credit card reader and scanner for specialized barcodes. Otherwise enterprises have to invest in procuring a third party vendor to develop accessory add-ons that are poorly integrated and non-reliable.
Mass deployment:
- Backroom charging station helps clean-up messy charging cradles, cables, batteries shelves and power supplies when managing large number of ET1's. Solving systemic problems like the backroom, streamline enterprises with deployment complexities, installation costs and management throughout the lifecycle.
