Heavy Duty Mini Converters are the first range of broadcast quality video converters designed specifically for rugged environments such as live production and outdoor broadcasts. They convert a wide range of video signals such as HDMI to SDI and Analog to SDI.

Heavy Duty Mini Converters are extremely compact and portable, ideally suited to rough handling in live production and outdoor broadcast environments. Laser etched graphics are highly legible and resistant to wear and abrasion. Raised silicone feet help avoid surface scratches and provide a high grip base. Chamfered edges allow Heavy Duty Mini Converters to be easily gripped when connecting cables.
Built from machined aluminium, they have been designed with load-bearing wall sections and have been tested to withstand the weight of a heavy broadcast truck... and continue working.
Programmable Configuration Switches are protected under a sealed TPE cover and all connectors have been recessed to protect the delicate high speed video signal.
