The Nespresso U adapts to your lifestyle. Thanks to a clever modular design, U can change its configuration to fit any living space. U features the first-ever moveable water tank which slides easily around machine to fit into corners and tight spaces. The cup support accommodates different cup heights to allow the user to create a variety of coffee recipe creations and features a magnetic removable cup support so it can be moved and attached to the side of the machine.
The Nespresso U features optimum energy consumption profile and automatically powers off after nine minutes of inactivity and is also programmable to power off after 30 minutes, if required. 30% of its casing is made from recycled materials. When the Nespresso U requires the water tank filled it has an empty water tank indicator and when the capsule container is full it also has a full capsule container indicator. Fast heat up time of 25 seconds.
The Nespresso U is intuitive and full automated. U memorises your favourite coffee cup length, eliminating the need to select it each time. Thanks to its pre-programmed Ristretto, Espresso and Lungo sizes. U doesnt require reprogramming and has a tactile interface controls - so you can prepare your coffee with simplicity. U's automatic brewing functionality means it starts to brew your coffee the second you drop your Nespresso capsule in and effortlessly closes with slider. The U has a automatic capsule ejection after brewing has stopped and features a "no-drip" technology.
