For reliable and fast production of standard single 45° flares on copper pipes Ø 6 - 18mm and 1/4” - 3/4”. Thanks to the patented depth stop & grip protection which prevents the pipe from slipping through the dice and the clutch disengaging at the end of the flaring operation, a leak-proof norm-flare can be guaranteed. The ROTHENBERGER Roflare Revolver is the only flaring tool on the market that can guarantee a norm-flare inside relevant industrial standards. The compact design of the Roflare Revolver means it is suited for working in tight areas like ceiling suspended indoor units. R410A compliant.

Designed to produce perfect flares time after time. A spring loaded clutch defines the end of the operation and a taper of the pipe avoids the crimped cone. No leaking refrigerant gas escapes into the environment.
Guaranteed flare tolerance via the patented automatic depth stop (perfect positioning of the copper pipe to the flaring cone), gives the perfect flare (norm-flare) at each operation. Ensures best practise.
A special emphasis was placed on the high quality precision cast revolver die to ensure high accuracy and long life. It is centred by a spring piece which allows rapid and reliable adjustment possible. Especially practical is the marking of the pipe diameters with a plastic insert on the template so that the selected pipe size can be clearly seen.
High quality compact design enables the user to operate the Roflare Revolver easily and safely in more extreme applications like over-head work whilst standing on a ladder.
