Description
The SMRT (Self-Mobilise Release Technique) Body Spanner is a revolutionary new product and treatment system for the management of the body's musculoskeletal rehabilitation. 
It has also been proven to significantly reduce the amount of practitioner RSI. 
System components easily interconnect in a myriad of ways to produce configurable tools to treat every area of the body. 
The BodySpanner system users are supported by an online interactive website which is updated regularly with new approaches and methodologies. 
This support system allows the product to be used at home by patients in between physiotherapy appointments helping reduce healing time and cost.

Components are TPE over moulded for patient comfort whilst the hard plastic and stainless steel inner components provide structural integrity and mechanical leverage when administering deep tissue relief.
The development of the interactive website is easy to navigate and educates the user on thousands of possible therapy tool configurations as well as appropriate treatment application techniques.
The system uses common moulded receptacles and machined Stainless Steel pin geometries across different size balls, shafts and connectors to ensure interconnectivity.
The Stainless Steel Pins use an innovative application of a spring 'C' clip to provide assembly whilst allowing rotation of the inserted ball and pin which is important for effective pain free therapy for patient.
This same system is also used for connecting the Stretch Belts and Resistance Tube Adapters.
The size of the pins and receptacles have been optimised for strength to resist the large mechanical application forces whilst not being large enough to produce red marks or skin indentations.
All Stainless Steel pins have rounded nose conditions and hard plastic components are over moulded with a soft yet durable TPE layer.
The selection of materials allows the product to be hygienically cleaned between professional practise applications.
