Key Features
and/or Benefits
The Steelcraft AGILE stroller's lightweight weight (12kg) and front swivel wheels make this stroller easy to steer and negotiate the busiest street or supermarket isle and fit through a standard doorway. The front wheels can be locked from swivelling an advantage on rough surfaces. When the stroller is stationary, the brake can be applied with a single action which locks both of the rear wheels to prevent the stroller rolling away. A wrist tether strap is provided for those busy mothers who may forget to apply the brake when life gets too busy. Easy access to storage.
The AGILE Twin Stroller opens easily after releasing the single frame catch and the frame locks automatically. The stroller folds easily in two steps. Press the "Sure-lock" button on the side of the frame then pull the release folding strap on the seating surface. The stroller folds easily and is light enough to easily store in the boot. Patent covers the folding system. The canopy can be deployed for outside strolling and a "peek-a-boo" window opens quietly with magnetic catches. The backrest can also be reclined for younger babies or sleeping children.
With the in-car base fitted to the car, the Infant Carrier can be easily detached from the car and connected to the AGILE stroller without waking the baby. Adaptors are fitted to the stroller to connect the Infant Carrier when the child is young. Once the infant carrier is connected to the stroller the mother is ready to go. To get back in to the car the Carrier is released from the stroller and connected to the base in the car. The stroller is easily folded to be put in to the car boot and mother and baby are away.
Either twins or children of differing ages can be carried in the variety of combination to suit any mother. A common family situation where a new baby joins the older sibling in having to be transported can be facilitated by the Twin AGILE Stroller. When children are asleep the storage basket is accessible from the front of the stroller to avoid wake the children.
The stroller meets AS/NZS2088-2009 including the fitment of the Infant Carrier and the Infant Carrier meets AS/NZS1754 and is certified by SAI-Global.

The stroller is very appealing to the mothers and very easy to use. The stroller has lockable front swivel wheels, a one touch brake, soft grip handle and fitted with a wrist strap for added safety to prevent the stroller rolling away. The frame is light weight and strong enough to mount kerbs with the heaviest children. All configurations are required to endure Britax's and Steelcraft extra durability testing including 300 hours on the Australian Standard "rolling road" at 5 kmph; that is Sydney to Melbourne and back; so durability is not a problem.
